These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your access to and use of LovePlay.AI and its related services (the Service). In these Terms, LovePlay, we, us, and our refer to LovePlay.AI.
1. Adult eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old, have reached the age of legal majority where you live, and are legally permitted to access adult content in your location. You must complete the adult-access confirmation presented by the Service and provide accurate account information.
LovePlay may restrict or terminate access if an account is ineligible or if access must be restricted under applicable law.
2. The Service
LovePlay is an adult AI companion platform. Adult users can have private roleplay conversations with fictional AI characters and generate AI images and videos based on fictional characters or personas. Private generated media is stored in the user's account, is accessible only by that account owner through the Service, and may be downloaded.
Characters and personas are fictional AI-generated entities. LovePlay is not a social adult community, adult content marketplace, or service for sharing adult media between users. Users cannot upload sexual images, sexual videos, or real-person sexual content.
3. Accounts and security
Current account-access methods include email verification and Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer, share, or misuse an account or use false information to evade access or enforcement controls.

4. AI interactions and outputs
AI characters are not real people, performers, professionals, or LovePlay representatives. AI responses and generated media may be inaccurate, inconsistent, unexpected, or offensive. They are provided for adult entertainment and should not be relied on as medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing and lawfully using or downloading AI outputs. Rights in AI-generated output may vary by jurisdiction, and LovePlay does not promise that copyright or other exclusive rights will arise in an output.
5. User inputs and private content
You may provide private text prompts and conversations to operate the Service. You must have any rights and permissions required for the material you submit and must use the Service lawfully.
You permit LovePlay to host, store, transmit, and process your inputs and private generated content as needed to provide the Service and perform automated safety processing, subject to the Privacy Policy. This permission does not make private content publicly available to other users.
6. Prohibited content and conduct
You must follow the Community Guidelines and related public safety policies. Prohibited uses include:
- sexual content involving or depicting a minor, whether real or fictional, including child sexual abuse material;
- real-person sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual deepfakes;
- trafficking, exploitation, forced labor, sexual violence, or other illegal abuse;
- conduct that violates another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights;
- attempts to bypass safety, adult-access, payment, or security controls; and
- other conduct prohibited by the Community Guidelines, these Terms, or applicable law.
7. Safety processing, enforcement, and appeals
LovePlay uses automated systems to review inputs, outputs, streaming generations, and completed generated media. Generated image or video outputs that appear to violate policy are blocked before delivery and are not stored in the user's account. LovePlay does not routinely conduct human review of private conversations or generated content. Automated systems may make mistakes and cannot prevent every violation.
LovePlay may block content, restrict features, remove generated media, temporarily restrict an account, or terminate an account when it determines that these Terms, incorporated policies, or applicable law have been violated.
For standard policy violations, three violations within 24 hours result in a 24-hour temporary restriction. Repeated temporary restrictions may result in account termination. Serious or suspected illegal content may result in immediate action. Users receive a general explanation and may appeal eligible moderation decisions by contacting [email protected].
8. Conversation restart and deletion
Conversations are stored to provide continuity and long-term memory. Restarting a conversation clears the active conversation context; it does not delete the account, all historical records, generated media, or moderation metadata.
Users may use available product controls or contact [email protected] for account and data deletion requests. Downloaded files remain on the user's device and are outside LovePlay's control.
9. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Users may cancel at any time through Premium > Payment Records > Cancel subscription.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Premium benefits remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.
10. Refunds and Coins
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the subscription period has started, except where required by applicable law, in cases of billing errors or unauthorized transactions, or in other circumstances covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. LovePlay content and intellectual property
The Service, platform-created media, software, design, branding, and other material supplied by LovePlay or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. LovePlay grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for its intended private purposes, subject to these Terms.
12. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how LovePlay handles personal data, including private prompts, conversations, generated media, conversation memory, and moderation metadata.
13. Suspension and termination
LovePlay may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, suspected illegal activity, risks to users or the Service, or legal requirements. When an account is terminated, the right to use the Service ends. Data handling following account closure is described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes
LovePlay may update the Service and these Terms. The version made available through the Service will be the current version.
