These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LovePlay AI service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. The Service includes adult content; you confirm you are legally permitted to view such content where you reside.
2. Account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account.
- One account per person. Sharing or reselling accounts is prohibited.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions, coins & refunds
- Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the term unless cancelled. You can cancel any time in My > Profile > Premium; access remains until the period ends.
- Coins are virtual credits used to unlock paid scripts, generate media, and similar features. Coins have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Bills appear on your statement as “Advanced Features” or a similar discreet descriptor — never the LovePlay AI brand.
4. Content rules
You may not create, upload, or generate content that:
- Sexualises minors, real or fictional. Such content is removed immediately and the account terminated.
- Depicts a real person without their explicit consent (deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery).
- Contains illegal acts (CSAM, bestiality, etc.).
- Violates third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Promotes self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity.
We use automated moderation and may review reported content. We may delete violating content and accounts without notice. You indemnify us against any claim arising from content you submit.
5. Your generated content
You retain ownership of characters, scenarios, and chats you create. By using the Service you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process this content solely to operate the Service for you. You can delete your content at any time.
6. AI output disclaimer
The Service uses third-party AI models (BytePlus / Ark) and may produce inaccurate, biased, or unexpected output. AI output is fictional and provided as-is for entertainment. Do not treat AI output as professional advice.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass safety filters, scrape the Service, or run automated mass requests.
- Do not reverse-engineer the Service or our model integrations.
- Do not use the Service to harass, defame, or threaten anyone.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time from My > Profile. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, indemnity, disclaimers, governing law) survive.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date; continued use after the change means you accept the update.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict of laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts for any dispute.
