This Privacy Policy explains how LovePlay.AI (LovePlay, we, us, or our) handles personal data when you use LovePlay.AI (the Service).
1. Service context
LovePlay is an adult AI companion service for private interactions with fictional AI characters. Users may provide private text prompts and conversations and generate AI images and videos based on fictional characters or personas. Generated media is stored privately in the user's account, is accessible only by that account owner through the Service, and may be downloaded.
LovePlay does not provide a community for users to publish or share adult media and does not allow sexual image or video uploads or real-person sexual content.
2. Data we handle
We handle the following data to operate the Service:
- Account-access data: email address, email-verification status, Google OAuth account authentication information, and adult-access confirmation;
- Private interaction data: private prompts, conversations, and information used to provide conversation continuity and long-term memory;
- Private generated media: AI-generated images and videos stored in the user's account; and
- Moderation and enforcement data: prompts, outputs, and generated media processed by automated safety systems, together with limited metadata such as violation category, enforcement action, timestamp, and appeal records.
3. How we use data
We use the data described above to:
- provide and maintain account access;
- provide private AI roleplay conversations, continuity, and long-term memory;
- generate, store, deliver, and allow users to download requested AI images and videos;
- perform automated safety processing on prompts, outputs, and generated media;
- block outputs that appear to violate policy and apply account enforcement; and
- handle moderation appeals, support requests, privacy requests, and safety reports submitted to our contact addresses.
4. Automated safety processing
Automated safety systems review user inputs, AI outputs during generation, completed outputs, and generated media. Content that appears to violate policy may be blocked, and account enforcement may be applied.
LovePlay does not routinely conduct human review of private conversations or generated content. Automated systems are not perfect and may make mistakes. Users may appeal eligible moderation decisions through [email protected].
When we say private generated media is accessible only by the account owner, we mean through the user-facing Service. Automated and backend processing still occurs as needed to generate, review, store, deliver, and delete that media.
5. Conversation memory, restart, and deletion
Conversations are stored to provide chat continuity and long-term memory. Restarting a conversation clears the active conversation context; it does not delete the account, all historical records, generated media, or moderation metadata.
Account closure, content deletion, and conversation restart are separate actions. Users may use available product controls or contact [email protected] to request account or data deletion. Downloaded media remains on the user's device and is outside LovePlay's control.
6. Adult access
The Service is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where they live. We handle adult-access confirmation as part of access to the Service.

7. Your privacy choices
You may contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. The availability of particular privacy rights depends on applicable law.
8. Changes
LovePlay may update this Privacy Policy. The version made available through the Service will be the current version.
