LovePlay AI (“we”, “us”) operates the loveplay.ai service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account info: email, display name, and (if you upload one) profile photo.
- Authentication: hashed password, OAuth credentials (e.g. Google), and session tokens.
- Generated content: characters you create, scenarios you craft, chat history, and uploaded images / videos used with our AI tools.
- Usage data: device identifiers, IP address, browser/user-agent, page views, and feature interactions.
- Payments: when you purchase Premium or coin packages, our payment provider (PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay) processes card data — we receive only an order reference and the final amount.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- To generate AI content per your prompts using third-party models (BytePlus / Ark). Your prompts and reference images are sent to those providers strictly to produce the requested output.
- To bill subscriptions, deliver coin packages, and prevent fraud.
- To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts). We do not send marketing email by default.
- To enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with processors who help us run the service:
- Cloud hosting and object storage (Aliyun OSS / CDN).
- AI model providers (BytePlus / Ark).
- Payment processors (PayPal, Wonderspay, Apple, Google) and anti-fraud vendors.
- Email delivery (Postmark).
- Law-enforcement requests when we have a good-faith legal obligation.
4. Adult content & age
The service is intended only for adults (18+). Generated characters depict adults; content depicting minors is prohibited and removed without notice. Bills are described on your statement as “Advanced Features” rather than the product name; we do not display the LovePlay AI brand on bank statements.
5. Retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. Chat history and generated media remain until you delete them or close the account. Order records and tax-relevant data are kept as required by applicable law.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data from My > Profile, or by emailing [email protected]. Closing your account deletes your characters, scenarios, chats, and uploaded media within 30 days, except records we are required by law to retain.
7. Cookies & local storage
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences (theme, last-viewed character). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed; data in transit uses TLS; object storage and database access are restricted by IAM. No system is perfect — please report any suspected breach to [email protected].
9. International transfers
Our infrastructure may process your data in regions outside your country (including Singapore). By using the service you consent to such transfers.
10. Children
The service is not intended for users under 18. If we learn an account belongs to a minor we will close it and delete the data.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date and (for active users) emailed.
